Business and Information Technology
With computer technology pervading almost every aspect of today's business environment, the Institute formed the faculty of Business and Information Technology to encompass both business-based and technically-based programs, with a selection of dual qualifications available across both areas.
The faculty's broad range of study areas include
- information technology
- multimedia
- IT industry certification
- accounting
- business
- marketing
- international business
- library studies
The programs within the Business and Information Technology faculty will equip students (and corporate clients) for a constantly changing work environment. We have the flexibility to deliver programs when and where a client chooses, as is the case with our roaming training service for computer programs, a concept that has been enthusiastically embraced by many organisations.
We are also able to respond to training requests very quickly, the next day if a lecturer is available. And as you might expect of the Business and Information Technology faculty, many of our programs feature an online delivery option.
Whether our students are learning to be library assistants, computer technicians, business managers, insurance brokers, web developers, computer system administrators, mortgage brokers, customs officers or any of the many career paths or enhancements open to them, they're onto a winning strategy with the practical, industry-relevant training they get with Business and Information Technology.
